Ed Coleman, Director, Richmond, VA, collects wheelchairs for policemen in Ecuador, South America

VRF collects wheelchairs for injuried Law Enforcement Officers in Ecuador.
There are over one hundred officers who have been severly injured while on
duty protecting their citizens.  Unlike the American system, there is no
support medium in place in Ecuador to provide needed wheelchairs for these
injuried officers.  As of June 5, 2008, the VRF through the voluntary
efforts of Mr. Ed Coleman, Director Richmond VA Chapter has collected and
shipped 50 wheelchairs to support this noble effort.  The VRF has set a goal
to collect an additonal 50 wheelchairs.
