Victims Rights Foundation Arena Racing Car to support Veterans in Hampton Roads, VA area

The VRF has teamed with DSM Motorsports President Mr. Doug Lightner to support Veternans and their families who are victims of crime in the Hampton Roads Virginia Beach area. DSM Motorsports has sponsored two VRF race cars to advertised this noble effort. Mr. Lightner's 16yr old daughter Samantha is the driver of one of the race cars.
