March - September 2009

  • May is Dads get involved month, VRF will talk with Dads in
    Middle Schools about spending more time talking with their children and keeping them out of gangs.

  • VRF will travel to Lare, Kenya in June 2009 to help infants who need medical care.

  • VRF needs a 80 Horsepower
    Tractor for disabled policemen in Ecuador, South America. Volunteers will travel to Ecuador in August 2009.

  • VRF is seeking volunteers to help build Mama Sarah Obama Nursery School in September 2009.

  • VRF has partnered with the Montgomery County, Maryland Department of Police with its crime stoppers program.
