May is Dads get involved month,
VRF will talk with Dads in
Middle Schools about spending more time talking
with their children and keeping them out of gangs.

VRF will travel to Lare, Kenya
in June 2009 to help infants who need medical
care.

VRF needs a 80 Horsepower
Tractor for disabled policemen in Ecuador, South
America. Volunteers will travel to Ecuador in
August 2009.

VRF is seeking volunteers to
help build Mama Sarah Obama Nursery School in
September 2009.

VRF has partnered with the
Montgomery County, Maryland Department of Police
with its crime stoppers program.
